I highlighted my hair on a Friday and went for a 9 mile run on Sunday (which still felt too soon to wash my hair). So I used Spiritualized and was able to hold off on washing an extra day.
I usually spray and leave on as directed. After a minute, I'll massage my scalp a little then blow dry my whole head on cold. My scalp feels refreshed and my hair isn't oily or heavy with powder/aerosol spray.

I love a good dry shampoo. I have fine hair and I can go 3-5 days between washes but only if I have something that can give me an extra day.
