I like the rodeo star volume foam it’s not too heavy, but it definitely gives my hair more body and bounce. This is a new addition to my styling routine!
I've only had a chance to use this a few times since it arrived but I like that it is a foam, not a mousse. I have fine hair (although a lot of it) and styling mousse weighs down my hair much more than styling foam. That's why I decided to try it. Happy I did.
I tried R&Co based on a recommendation of the Bioten shampoo. After trying this product, I really enjoyed how it worked and how it smelled, so I figured I would see what else they offered since I was in need of some styling products. I took the hair quiz and since I was on vacation for my birthday, I indulged myself and purchased all 4 recommendations plus one more assuming I would use them and never need to reorder. Much to my pleasure and surprise all of the products work amazingly well. Even in the hands of a guy who can never get my hair to do what I want, these products just worked. They were easy to use, served their purpose extremely well and left my hair smelling and looking great. Truly blown away. The Rodeo star helped provide lift and control but was not sticky.
I don't know what took me so long to try Rodeo Star. I think maybe I pictured the mousse of the 90s and crunchy, stiff hair. Rodeo Star is not that. I use the Dallas Thickening Spray first at the roots and then apply a small amount of Rodeo Star and blow dry. My hair is thicker and the style holds longer when I use it. I just wish they made it in a travel size!
