Very good, but not great
First let me preface this review with the fact that I am a shampoo bar person. I decided to try the RandCo brightening shampoo and conditioner because I just got highlights and want to see about keeping the blonde fresh. It gave my hair loads of body, but my hair is wavy so it’s a little frizzy. Then again, I just had it treated. As to how it tones the blonde, time will tell.
