I love that this is more similar to a cream than a spray. I have a better picture that my hair is covered for heat by brushing the product through. I am always nervous with sprays because I'm unsure of how well the product is distributed.

I received this as a sample with my order. I have wavy/curly hair and wear my hair natural most of the time. I was not using a heat protectant before I received this. I have added this to routine after curl cream and before gel, then diffuse. It is super light weight and I don’t notice the extra product. It also reduces frizz a bit for me. I do occasionally blow my hair out so I am eager to see what it does for that since that’s actually what it is for. I only apply to the ends and a little to the lengths. It is concentrated so you only need a little. As with R+ CO products, it smells amazing. The scent is strong so if you are sensitive you may not like that.
