I have a lot of hair but its on the finer side. This gives me the perfect amount of lift/bounce without looking like a flashback from the 1980's. I use the smooth & seal blow-dry mist and then the mousse. Its a perfect combination.

I have been using a fragrance free, mediocre styling cream for years that barely gave my fine hair a little volume after blow drying.
