R+Co 5 Minute Transformation Challenge: Official Rules

BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, YOU (“you” or “entrant”) AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH GOVERN YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST, AND TO RECEIVE MARKETING MATERIALS FROM ROGUE & CO., LLC (“R+Co”). BY ENTERING THE CONTEST YOU ALSO REPRESENT THAT YOU MEET THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS BELOW, MUST BE US-RESIDENT TO WIN.

Eligibility

The Contest is open to salon professionals (must have a valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification...) Void where prohibited by law.

Contest Entry Period

The Contest starts at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (EST) on October 27, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (EST) on November 17, 2025 (the “Contest Entry Period”).

How to Enter

1. Perform an R+Co PRO TREATMENT (Hydration, Repair, or Volume) on a client.

2. Capture a before and after photo of your client’s transformation.

3. Complete the official Entry Form, including: Name / Salon Name / Location / Email / Treatment Used / Client Hair Type / Testimonial / Upload photo(s) / Social handle.

Participants may enter multiple times with unique submissions.

 

Judging Criteria

Three total winners will be selected based on the following criteria:

1. Transformation Quality – Visually impactful before-and-after showing results of R+Co PRO TREATMENTS.

2. Testimonial Strength – Authentic, detailed description of client results and stylist experience.

3. Brand Fit – Represents R+Co’s professional and creative standard.

Winners will be announced weekly via R+Co email and social media channels.

Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

Each winner will receive: $500 retail value of assorted R+Co product and a $250 American Express gift card.

A total of three (3) winners will be selected over the course of the contest period.

Winner Selection and Notification

Weekly winners will be selected by a panel of R+Co judges based on the criteria above. Winners will be contacted via email and must respond within seventy-two (72) hours to confirm acceptance.

Privacy Policy / Data Collection

By entering, you consent to R+Co using the information obtained from the Contest, including any data as described in R+Co’s privacy policy located at https://www.randco.com/pages/privacy.

 

General

Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law... R+Co reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if necessary.

 

Publicity Grant and License / Use of Entries

By entering the 5 Minute Transformation Challenge, you grant R+Co full permission to use your submitted photos, testimonials, and related materials (“Content”) across R+Co’s owned channels, including but not limited to Email, Web, Social, Sales, and future features. By submitting an entry, entrant waives all moral rights and grants R+Co and its affiliates an irrevocable, worldwide license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display their submitted content for any marketing or commercial purpose.

 

Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless R+Co and affiliates from any liability or damages related to participation or prize use.
