Smooths and softens, but does not do much for frizz

This is a good hair oil, in the sense that it softens the hair and makes it look a bit shinier and sleeker. It does not tame or address frizz though (I have frizzy hair and I live in a very humid environment, so frizz is top of mind). So, does it sleek? Yes, if you're speaking generally, but it does not sleek frizz.

Amazing

Got a free sample and LOVED it - really hydrated my curly hair in a way no other product has been able to do! The price point is unfortunate though..
