Hard water buildup and curls don't get along well so it's super important to detox your hair. This R+Co detox shampoo works wonders for gently getting rid of buildup and it smells so nice! Definitely curly girl approved!
I use this once a week and regular shampoo other times and this has really changed the game! Typically by day 2 my scalp feels itchy but since starting this, I noticed my scalp stopped being itchy and oily. My hair had volume for days because of how clean it was. Other detox shampoos tend to dry my hair and cause tangles so I can't use them more than 1-2x a month.
I've enjoying this shampoo. The area I live in has very hard water and I haven't had the chance to add water filters. I've liked how my hair has felt overall after each use as it brings back the natural shine my hair used to have. Not only that, my hair feels softer and it feels like any products I use after are absorbed easier.
Okay I've used this and I have to say that it's a great addition to my normal R+Co. Television Hair S/C. I use this like once a week. Great smell and does the job. I feel like my and scalp are cleaner from built up products and such.
Great product but slightly drying, use a hair masque and leave-in-conditioner.
