Apply to wet hair from mid-length to ends. Leave on 1-2 minutes. Rinse.
This is really nice for my fine hair. The smell is lovely (floral). This lathers up great and I can go 2 days without having to wash my hair.
I really do like Bleu Essential Conditioner. My only complaint would be that it weighs my hair down a bit, but that is a small price to pay for an excellent conditioner.

This conditioner doesn’t weigh down my fine, wavy hair. Hair feels soft and waves look healthy.
