I got to be honest I feel I obtain more hydration from Atlantis Conditioner than this mask but the repair part might be operating here. I recommend, have to keep pn using it to see more results but it is hydrating.

For context, I have long, fine hair and unfortunately I love a high ponytail. Cue lots of breakage. I bought this not as a magic cure, but was hoping to tame down some of the breakage and soften my ends a bit. After 3 uses (in place of conditioner) it has definitely helped. It's not perfect, but my hair is definitely smoother. I also have struggled with masques and products weighing my hair down + feeling greasy but I haven't had any of those issues with this product. It's not a miracle treatment, but it does make a noticeable difference and I'll keep it in my routine!
