I have fine hair. I am told I have a lot of fine hair by a well-meaning stylists because they are wonderful people and want me to feel good about my thin hair. I have lost my hair due to thyroid disease. I have lost my hair due to cancer. I am just thrilled to death to have any hair. But... now I am even happier because I can now make my fine hair look full. Slam dunk, best ever hair spray for women with fine hair. Use it sparingly because it is so strong. Use it only after you have your hair exactly as you want it because once you spray it on it will do its job and hold your hair in place. It is not sticky, and it doesn't look like it's there, but it is there doing a magnificent job making you look great. P.S.
