Delivery

Ground shipping is free within the contiguous United States.

Currently, our website only accommodates shipments within the contiguous United States: we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin islands. For international requests, please email our international team at [email protected] to see if an order can be processed to your requested country.

Our standard shipping carrier is FedEx, and we only ship FedEx Ground to comply with aerosol shipping restrictions. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3 to 8 business days for shipping.

Returns

R+Co offers products of integrity. If you are not completely satisfied with your products, we would be happy to accept them within 30 days from the time of receipt for a refund or exchange.

All items purchased from randco.com must be returned to randco.com. Similarly, R+Co can only issue refunds or accept returns and exchanges for items purchased on randco.com. Product purchased from our retail or salon partners should be returned to the retailer or salon of purchase.

Items must be unopened or lightly used and returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of product receipt. Refunds are credited to the original payment card only.

  • We do not cover shipping costs for returned items.
  • Exchanges offered only for products of equal or lesser value. Please note legibly on the sales receipt which product is to be issued once the return parcel is received.
  • Send an email over to [email protected] to be provided a return address.

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Generally, processing time for refunds is 7 to 10 full business days from the time your package is received. We will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail.

Damaged Items

Once your order arrives, please examine all items for any damage that may have occurred during shipping.We are happy to replace any damaged or defective items within 14 business days of receipt.

If a product has been broken or damaged in transit:

  • Please do not throw away or destroy any part of the packaging, box or products.
  • Please attach a picture of the box and/or batch code of any damaged/defective items.
  • Send email to [email protected] with photos of damaged/defective items for further assistance as soon as possible.
