Although I am a huge fan of clarifying shampoos this one did not leave me jumping for joy unfortunately. It was super thick and made my hair feel super heavy and unclean feeling.

Great for deep cleaning every few weeks!
I normally use the Television shampoo and conditioner, but had heard about Oblivion working to remove build-up. I followed the directions carefully (wet hair, rub into the roots first, then scrub and gather the rest of the hair, wait to rinse for 1-2 minutes), and my hair felt extremely soft, clean, and light. I use various dry shampoos and hair sprays in between getting my hair colored, so this was almost like a facial for my hair. I plan to use it once every few weeks. Great as an "extra" product, not something for every single day.

Getting Rid of Years of Buildup
I use this once a week alongside the Television Shampoo and Conditioner and it clears out the buildup of minerals and other products wonderfully. It is great for keeping my scalp healthy.

Seems to do the job
I've only used this shampoo once and can tell that my hair and scalp feel cleaner. I took off a star because the scent is very strong and I prefer little or no scent in products. This is a personal preference and may not be an issue for you.
