This has a very strong perfume type smell - if you like that, great! If that will burn your nose and stink up your bathroom, avoid this spray!
I'm not sure about this. I don't know how to use it properly I guess. I thought it was a very light mist type hair spray but it's wet & it didn't do as I wanted or I'm using it would, I don't know. Will have to try again.

I’m a hot yoga, inferno hot Pilates, distance runner kinda gal, so my hair is pretty much sweat soaked every day.
