Smells good, tames my flyaways. Not quite sure that it lives up to its claims of providing much texture, though. Price is pretty steep, but you definitely do get a full tube, unlike some other companies that fill their products halfway.
I really wanted to love this stuff, it smells nice and definitely reduces frizz, but it is so greasy that it gave me CYSTIC ACNE any time I used it! The area under my bangs would break out in huge, deep pimples ever single time I put it on.
i love this product so much; as long as i have one in the cabinet and one in the hopper i am a happy girl. it’s like a mix of a gel and a crème, but super lightweight. it provides a texture without being sticky, crunchy, or too stiff. and it holds! and lasts! i love trying it right out of the shower with the curl creams and rockaway, and also love it on refresh days after i’ve slept and worked and dry shampoo’d with. so good on both damp and dry hair and mixed with all other products in my arsenal. a happy try and i’m a forever convert!
Fantastic product. Smooth, adds great texture. I use Velvet Curtain under one of my other products, the pomade I believe. Gives me more fullness. Great body.
Love this texture balm, not only does it smell absolutely heavenly, but it leaves my frizzy colored hair shiny and healthy. Been dying my hair blonde for years and didn’t think anything would make it healthy and shiny like it did when I had virgin hair. Get it you won’t regret it!
